The developer came to KHID with the desire to stage the model home in order to show the potential upscale living the units offer. KHID began the schematic design for the furniture package with light neutrals and clean lines, with pops of color and varying textures in the accessories to not only create a welcoming feel, but also appeal to a variety of people who will visit the model home.
