Fireside Brick Oven Pub and Grill was fortunate enough to land a great location right on Main St. in downtown Findlay. This perhaps caused even more pressure to make this restaurant an appealing destination for those in Findlay and surrounding areas.

The Townhomes of Liberty Ridge are new 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury townhomes on the west side of Findlay. The developer came to KHID with the desire to stage the model home in order to show the potential upscale living the units offer.
The Andersons had just purchased a building on Crawford St. in Findlay when they came to KHID. They wanted the 2nd floor of the old brick building to be transformed into an amazing space for their graphic designers to work and be inspired as well as an entertaining space for their clients.
C Sterling Jewelers has been at their current location in Levis Commons for 9 years. Owner, Christian Sterling, takes pride in the quality, name brand designer jewelry he offers as well as the family-like relationships he cultivates with his clients. However, over the last decade, as is the case with most retail spaces, the overall interior finishes no longer reflect the quality and good looks that his business stands on.
Kalmbach Feeds – they do livestock food right? Well yes, but this project goes far beyond that. With a modestly sized office building in the works, the story could pretty much end there and no one would care. But alas, something much more intriguing is to come.

Inspired by the recently completed Global Technology Center, the manager of the consumer quality systems desired a similar renovation for their new space. With the new image of Cooper quickly taking shape, the manager's first request was that the dealers who enter the space will remember that they are at Cooper Tire, and not at a competitor's office.
